Report from the director - 06/08/07
We started with a get-together of the entire cast and rehearsals are underway, a little frantic organising this due to summer hols (including those of the director!) but we’re getting there. The new “stage” has now been assembled from scratch twice so Kevin is feeling a little more relaxed about the prospect but we will no doubt have more lessons to learn as we go along. The modular kit that we bought with the grants that Jan and Jo achieved is very, very good, and offers all sort so possibilities for staging this play and future shows.
Once we get into the latter part of September we plan to be running so member s are welcome to pop in on rehearsal nights if interested to see how we are getting along – as long as you’re quiet, of course!
