Chorus - The chorus auditions will be general auditions to show a range of acting, singing and moving capabilities, and minor roles will be cast on this basis, rather than specifically. Minor roles will include Munchkin dignitaries; crows; lead fruit trees; Osian beauticians, polishers and manicurists, Nikko the monkey and a Winkie general.

singing audition details (Includes all chorus)

Adult Chorus x circa 20 - Each chorus member will be 5 or 6 different characters. I will try to give most people a minor role. In addition to the minor roles listed above, adult chorus will be farmhands, Munchkins, scarecrows, corn dollies, fruit trees, forest trees, poppies, Osians and Winkie guards. Some adult chorus parts will require singing, so will be cast accordingly.

Dancing Chorus x 16 - Any age. As with the adult chorus, will be 5 or 6 different characters. Some dancers will be monkeys, so must be prepared for face and extremities to be covered in blue make-up and to climb scaffolding. Other dancing characters will be fantastic animals.

Children's Chorus x 12 - Will be 2 or 3 different characters. First half of the show only, to be collected at half time. A few children will be dancing sparrows. Will get a half time bow.
