Riverside Players Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a show cancellation. A message regarding our intention to cancel a performance will be posted on the website and on the Box Office booking telephone answer message as soon as the decision is made. We would be happy to exchange your tickets for a future performance if at all possible.

If tickets have been bought online by credit card please contact TicketSource quoting your booking reference number, and a refund will be arranged.

If tickets have been purchased by cash or cheque contact Riverside Players The Box Office Manager who will offer a full refund. Refunds are available up to one calendar month after the cancelled performance.

Should a performance reach the interval before being stopped, then subsequently abandoned, that performance will be deemed completed and no refunds will be payable.

Tickets may be exchangeable at any time at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
