The Online Box Office service closes 2 hours before the matinee performance or 2 hours before an evening performance if there is no matinee. Tickets may still be bought ON THE DOOR using cash or cheque - credit card sales are not available for on the door sales.

Riverside Players Cancellation Policy

Tickets bought online by credit card are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a show cancellation, in this event please contact TicketSource quoting your booking reference number.

In the event of a performance being cancelled for any reason and tickets have been purchased by cash or cheque Riverside Players shall offer a full refund upon written request. Refunds are available up to one calendar month after the cancelled performance.

A message regarding our intention will be posted on the website and on the box office booking line as soon as the decision is made.

Should a performance reach the interval before being stopped, then subsequently abandoned, that performance will be deemed completed and no refunds will be payable.
