Roles and Responsibilities

This document consists of a set of sheets each containing roles and responsibilities which are necessary for the smooth running of productions. It is recommended that it be given to potential directors to help them focus on building a suitable production team to whom the relevant sheets may then be distributed.

It is considered a work in progress and is continually being updated after each show debriefing session. Comments from users are particularly welcome and amendments and additions will always be considered in order to improve this document.

These sheets also contain information on some Committee-level roles where they affect the running of a show.
